in the petition for revision beginning on page one thereof.

We wish to call the special attention of the court to

the following excerpt from the opinion of the Special

Master :

'There is no doubt about the fact that the bankrupt is

an architect, and that he took up this scheme of con-

verting his property and the good-will of his business

into a corporation known as the 'A. L. Haley, Architect,
