ADDITIONAL STATEMENT OF CASE.
This cause was commenced in the Circuit Court
of the State of Oregon for Lane County and there-
after removed to the United States District Court
for the District of Oregon.
Thereafter and on the 15th day of December,
1911, plaintiff filed his amended complaint (Tran-
script, page 1), and thereafter and on the 15th day
of December, 1911, defendant filed its answer to
plaintiff's amended complaint (Transcript, page 7).
