CONCLUSION

Appellant respectfully submits that not only did the

Trial Court commit substantial reversible error in the trial,

but that the appellant was deprived of his substantial

Constitutional rights. The admission in evidence of the

government exhibits 4A, 6A, 7A and 8A constituted not only

substantial error but a violation of the appellant's rights

and immunities granted him by the Fourth Amendment and Fifth

Amendment of the United States Constitution. For the reasons

and upon the grounds set forth in appellant's opening brief,

appellant respectfully submits that a reversal of this

Judgment is required o

Appellant respectfully submits that the Judgment of

Conviction should be reversed and that this Honorable Court

should remand the action to the District Court with instruc-

tions to grant the appellant's Motion for Acquittal.
