PANY,
Complainant,
vs.
- MILLER et al.,
Defendants.
Conclusions of the Court on Demurrer to Second Amended
and Supplemental Bill, etc.
The second amended and supplemental bill, so far as a
Federal question is concerned, does not differ materially
from the original bill, to which jurisdictional objections
were sustained in California Oil & Gas Co. vs. Miller, 96
Fed. Eep. 12. Besides the authorities there cited, see
Blackburn vs. Portland Gold Mining Co., 175 U. S. 571;
Shoshone Mining Co. vs. Butter, 177 U. S. 505;and De La-
mar's Nevada G. M. Co. vs. Nesbit, 177 U. S. 523.
