and the Court having duly considered the same, and be-

ing fully advised in the premises, it is now on this 24th

day of June, A. D., 1901, being a day in the January

term, A. D., 1901, of said Circuit Court, ordered that said

demurrer to the second amended and supplemental bill

be and the same hereby is sustained, and that said bill be

dismissd for want of jurisdiction.

The second amended and supplemental bill, so far as a

Federal question is concerned, does not differ materially

from the original bill, to which jurisdictional objections

were sustained in California Oil & Gas Co. vs. Miller, 96
