We think it unnecessary to restate the case, since

appellant's statement is in most particulars correct

as far as it goes. The errors in the statement are

principally errors of omission ; and we think we can

best aid the court in arriving at the facts by merely

pointing out those particulars in which the state-

ment is controverted by us.
