STATEMENT OF THE CASE.
On the 5th day of December, 1911, a suit in equity
was commenced in the District Court of the United
States for the District of Oregon, in which Hamilton
Trust Company was complainant and The Cornu-
copia Mines Company of Oregon, et al, were re-
spondents, in which the Court had and acquired juris-
diction of the parties and the subject-matter of the
suit.
