FIGURE 8. EXHIBIT 12 This view and Figure 7 at page 45. show the method

of spot welding the envelope cover to the bottom of the case of the non-infring-

ing hank. It shows that the stiffening board was securely and permanently spot

welded to the bottom of the case and destroyed the case when severed. The

holes shown in the case and in the stiffening board are the result of the separa-

tion of the weld.
