FIGURE 9, EXHIBIT 11 -This is the spot welded ambassador bank held not to

infringe. This view of this bank was included only to show the spot welding

on the hinged lid similar to that of Figure 10, the alleged infringing bank. The

method of spot welding the bottom is shown in Figure 8 and Figure 7. and clearly

shows a non-detachable cover.
