Eleanor Julien, being first duly sworn, says:
That she is a citizen of the United States, resid-
ing in the City of Turlock, County of Stanislaus,
State of California, where the mailing hereafter
referred to took place; that she is over the age
of twenty-one years and not a party to the above
entitled cause; that on the 25th day of October,
1941, she deposited in the United States Post Office,
at Turlock, California, sealed envelopes, with
postage thereon fully prepaid, each of which con-
tained a true copy of

the original of which is hereunto affixed. That one
of said envelopes was addressed to

Stockton, California
and another to
Mr. L. C. Smith
Attorney at Law
Redding, California
that said addressees are the attorneys of record for
