The Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division,
United States Department of Labor, is charged with
the duty and responsibility of administering the Fair
Labor Standards Act, Because this case presents
significant questions of interpretation of that Act, the
Administrator, Ijy leave of Court, submits this brief
as amicus curiae.
