to his sales. The Emergency Price Control Act con-
fers a right in the Administrator to damages based
upon such overceiling sales. The Court below refused
to award such damages. To carry out the mandate
of the Act, it is respectfully submitted that the judg-
ment of the Court below nuist be reversed.
