.108 Paul W. Sampsell, et ah,
all of its outstanding obligations and indemnify and
hold harmless the undersigned for all damages, loss,
cost and expensed occasioned by reason of any fail-
ure of West Coast to pay any of its obligation,
subject to the terms hereof.
"18. Any notice required hereunder to be given
to the undersigned shall be mailed by United States
registered mail, with return receipt requested, ad-
dressed to either or both of the undersigned, with
postage fully prepaid thereon at Willits, California.
Any notice required hereunder to be given to West
Coast shall be mailed by United States registered
mail, with return receipt requested, addressed to
said West Coast Redwood Corporation, in care of
Theodore M. Monell, 1085-7 Mills Building, San
Francisco, 4, California.
