FINDINGS OF FACT
This cause came on for trial on the 18th and 21st
days of December, 1951, and on the 4th day of
January, 1952, before the undersigned Judge, Fong,
Miho, Choy & Chuck by Hiram L. Fong and Her-
bert Y. C. Choy, Esquires, appearing for Complain-
ant and Howard K. Hoddick, Esquire, appearing
for Defendants, and from the evidence adduced the
Court makes the following findings of fact.
That Complainant was bom on Beretania Street
at Pawaa, Oahu, Territory of Hawaii, on or about
August 15, 1898, and is a citizen of the United
