ments and testified that such contradictory state-
ments were made under intimidation and scolding
by one, Hyland Char, Chinese interpreter with the
Immigration and Naturalization Service, who inter-
preted during said hearings, which testimony this
Court believes is true ;
IV.
That the determinations in 1921, 1933, 1934 and
1946 of the place of birth and citizenship of the
Complainant is of great weight and is supported by
his long residence and law-abiding industry in the
Territory of Hawaii since 1921;
That by virtue of his said established birth in
Honolulu, Hawaii, the Complainant is entitled to an
order and judgment of this Court declaring him to
be a national of the United States, and an order to
this effect will be signed on presentation.
