and D W. Brewster, OfBcer in Charge, Immigra-
tion and Naturalization Service, Territory of
Hawaii, defendants in the above-entitled cause, who
have heretofore filed a notice of appeal to the
United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Cir-
cuit, may have up to and including the third day of
June 1952, within which to file and docket the rec-
ord on appeal with the United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
