STIPULATION RELATING TO THE PRINT-
ING OF ORIGINAL EXHIBITS
It Is Hereby Stipulated, subject to the approval
of the United States Court of Appeals for the
Ninth Circuit, that the original exhibits heretofore
filed with the Court need not be printed in the rec-
ord, but may be referred to by the parties hereto
and considered by the Court as though they were
incorporated in the printed record. Any portions of
said exhibits, which either party deems material,
shall be printed in the brief of such party, and re-
ferred to therein.
