Conley's use of his mark AFTER the commencement of Colgate's

promotion and advertising- of its GENIE product:

We have set out these materials as they actually were,

so that the court can see for itself better than any words

can express, to what extent, if any, there was an infringe-

ment of Conley's valid property in his trade-marks or

unfair competition or confusion of origin of the product

which would sustain the judgment of the court below.
