he gave at the trial was es to the exact

date he lest used narcotics. This testi-

mony had mo hearlmg on the prime 1pm 1

questions regarding the sale of marihuana

by appellant to Hemon Vltcher 23

There can he no accumulation of errors,

since the trial judge acted properly and

the only incorrect testimony given by

Boley was on a purely immaterial matter

which had absolutely no bearing on the

guilt or innocence of appellant 27
